SC24 will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center from 17th to 22nd November. The event will focus on highlighting the latest advancements, applications, and innovations in high-performance computing, networking, storage, and analysis.

Overview

Quantum computing has the potential to revolutionise many fields. The effectiveness of the hardware is heavily reliant on the software ecosystem — a lesson drawn from classical computing’s evolution. One of the focus areas of this year’s event is to educate the HPC community on quantum computing and to bring these two communities closer together. It will cover a range of topics including high-level support for users in realising applications and efficient methods for the classical simulation, compilation, and verification of quantum circuits. Furthermore, it will showcase how expertise in classical HPC can address key challenges in the quantum software stack, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
